Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On July 4, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and six months at the Busan District Court for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 2, 2014.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. The Defendant and C shared each other’s money, which purchased Mephones (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) from D, and sold Melopon, which is a local mental medicine, with a view to having it purchased.

4) On November 30, 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g phiphones into a single-use injection machine and melted them into the following arms, around November 30, 2015.

5) On December 11, 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g phiphones into a single-use injection machine and melted them into the following arms, around December 11, 2015.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
