A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Medication of phiphones;

A. On April 11, 2015, around the new wall, the Defendant put about 0.03g of each psychotropic drug (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as “philophone”) into a single-use injection machine, melting them into the following arms, around the new wall.

B. On June 3, 2015, at around 23:00, the Defendant injected 307 Gmotour in Gwangju Northern-gu, and approximately 0.03 gopphones into a single-use injection machine, and melted them with water, and administered them for the following arms.

C. On June 14, 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant injected Gmoto202, and approximately 0.03 gramphones into a single-use injection machine, and injected them into the following arms.

On June 22, 2015, around the new wall, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g opphones into Gmophones located in Gwangju Northern-gu, for a single-use injection machine, and injected them into the following arms.

E. On July 14, 2015, around the new wall, the Defendant injected approximately 606 Gmotour in Gwangju Northern-gu, and approximately 0.03g phiphones into a single-use injection machine, and injected them into the following arms.

F. At around 06:00 on July 29, 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of philophones by drinking them on water at the site of the seaside Tech at the seat of the Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun.

2. Purchasing phiphones;

A. On June 3, 2015, at around 21:30, the Defendant remitted 1,000,000 phiphones to the post office account in the name of E, and purchased approximately 0.03 gramphones from E, around 23:00 on the same day.

B. On June 14, 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant purchased phiphones by sending approximately KRW 0.03 gramphones from E to post office accounts in the name of E on June 15, 2015.

3. The Defendant who received philophones shall be a new wall around June 22, 2015.
