A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for three years and six months, such as public electromagnetic records, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on April 25, 2013, and the above judgment was finalized on June 28, 2013.

1. Forgery of public documents concerning an automobile registration certificate and uttering of forged public documents;

A. On November 9, 2012, the Defendant posted the paper printed “G” and “H” in the name column among the F Motor Vehicle Registration Certificates of F Motor Vehicles at E Office located in Seosan-si, Seosan-si, and copied it.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged the registration certificate in the name of the rice market, which is a public document, and forged the eight registration certificate as shown in the attached Table 1.

B. On the date indicated in paragraph 1(a), the Defendant submitted to the competent public official in charge of name in the ASEAN District Police Agency, in Daejeon, a forged motor vehicle registration certificate eight copies of the forged motor vehicle registration certificate, as above, and exercised each of them.

2. Forgery of private documents concerning insurance policies and uttering of falsified investigation documents;

A. The Defendant posted the paper printed on “G” and “H” in the contractor’s and the insured’s column among the insurance policies of IM and copied it at the time, place, and place described in paragraph 1(a).

As a result, the suspect has forged the insurance policy under the name of the Muriz Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., which is a private document for the purpose of exercising rights and duties without authority, and forged the seven copies of the insurance policy as shown in the attached list 2.

B. At the date stated in paragraph 2(a), the Defendant submitted 7 false insurance policies to the competent public official who is not aware of their circumstances in the ASEAN District Police Agency, which is located in Daejeon, for each of the following events:

3. Forgery of private documents concerning written confirmation on the installation of the electronic grading machine, and uttering of the relevant private documents;

A. The Defendant refers to “G” in the name column of the founder, among copies of the certificate of installation of electronic grading machines for functional tests at the time and place specified in paragraph 1(a).
