A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

B. A person who actually operates a stock company C on the second floor and who is a large chartered bus transportation business entity necessary for students’ on-site experience activities, etc. in each elementary school, middle school, or high school in Daegu City places a certain restriction on the vehicle exhaust for the safety of students, so that he/she cannot be a contracting party for a vehicle that is not in compliance with the conditions of the restriction, and submitted an automobile registration certificate altered in the vehicle exhaust to a school for the operation of a chartered bus vehicle.

1. On September 2012, the Defendant changed his official document, using the knife and the body number “D” and the body number “E” part of the registration certificate, copied the relevant part as a copy of the F registration certificate in 2008 by attaching it to a grass.

Accordingly, the registration certificate in the name of the head of the Daegu Metropolitan City North Korean Office was modified without authority for the purpose of exercising.

2. On September 2012, the Defendant: (a) submitted an altered registration certificate to H of the administrative staff in the office of the G High School, which he/she was aware of in fact, at the Seocho High School Office; and (b) exercised the altered registration certificate.
