Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 27, 2018, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house of Daegu-gu D Building E, Daegu-gu, stating that “The sale of middle and high-speed nanotechnology” was written on the Internet FG car page, and that “the Defendant would send money to the victim H, who reported and contacted it.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the Nowon-gu.
