Around November 2, 2018, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 2,30,000 from the victim to the bank account (G) in the name of the Defendant in the name of the Defendant, and acquired KRW 2,00,000 from the victim seven times in total from November 15, 2018, as shown in the attached crime list 1, and acquired KRW 2,083,00 from the victim seven times in total.

The Defendant, around November 13, 2018, posted a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant will send money to the victim H who reported and sent his name and address to the next day by the following day” by accessing the Internet D in the Defendant’s residence located in Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu apartment C, Incheon, and selling it to KRW 3.10,000,00,00,” on the bulletin board of the said website.

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to deliver the above physical exercise to the victim.
