Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On April 12, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for an attempted larceny at night in the Daejeon District Court’s support, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Western District Court of Daejeon District on August 26, 2013.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Embezzlements of lost possession;
A. On May 25, 2014, the Defendant acquired one mobile phone unit of S-5 mobile phone when the Defendant lost the victim D on the forest fire-proof fluora or the front side of the forest fire-proof box or the front side of the road in Seosan-si, Seocheoncheon-ro, 124.
The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

B. On June 2014, the Defendant found one cell phone of the Vietnamesian who was lost by the victim E from the Sinsan-si, Seosan-si, 3370 Sinsan-si, or the front day of the Sinsan-do, on which it is difficult to know the market price of the victim E.
The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
2. The Defendant attempted to larceny things in a vehicle parked at the “Hel” parking lot operated by G in Seosan City from around 03:0 to 03:17, Jul. 3, 2014.
Accordingly, the Defendant, who was parked in the above parking lot, was placed in the order of Ltra XG vehicles owned by the victim I, Ltra XG vehicles owned by the victim K, and Ntrop vehicles owned by the victim M, but failed to achieve that intention by being discovered to G, which is the owner of the above telecom.
Accordingly, the defendant attempted to steal the victim's property, and attempted to commit it.
