A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
One certificate (No. 4) of the seized resident registration certificate, one certificate of patriotism, and one certificate of the national love debit card.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 17, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. in the Incheon District Court Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court for the period of suspension of execution, which became final and conclusive on December 27, 2010, and is currently under suspension of execution.
1. Embezzlements of lost possession;
A. On July 2012, the Defendant acquired one resident registration certificate owned by the injured Party C, which was lost by the injured Party C, at the event held in front of the Hong Kong point located in Ansan-si, Hong Kong-dong, 539-16, and one landmark on the market value where the country love debit card is located.
The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
C. On July 2012, the Defendant found one of the following: (a) the victim E lost his/her patriotism debit card, and (b) the new bank S20 debit card.
The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
2. On August 10, 2012, between 06:00 and 08:00 on August 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim G, who was enjoying in a usual manner within the Flusium of the members of Ansan-si, or within the male slope room, and used one handphone in an amount equivalent to KRW 900,000,000 in the market value adjacent to the victim.
