A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Therefore, the Defendant introduced a person who wishes to engage in sexual traffic in the Republic of Korea from Russia, Kazakh, Kazakh, who is already engaged in sexual traffic in the Republic of Korea, from Russia, and from Russia, Kazakhstan, and sent pictures of sexual traffic women who are scheduled to enter the Republic of Korea to F. F, F and G sent the above pictures to the owners of domestic sexual traffic in the Republic of Korea, such as H, E, I, J, and K, and asked whether to employ the relevant female, and if F and G are determined as the owner of sexual traffic, the Defendant shall receive them again and transfer them to the Republic of Korea, and the Defendant shall receive 150,000 won from the owner of sexual traffic in the name of F and G, and transfer them again to the said women's account in the name of F and G, under the name of 1,580,000 won to the said women's account, and shall transfer them again to the said women's account in the Republic of Korea.

In the above manner, the Defendant recruited 1,429 women from April 14, 2015 to March 9, 2016 by both weeks N, 305 Dong 1402 and in the same city as the Defendant’s house and in the same city, as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Form 26.
