A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who receives a referral fee from persons who run a sexual traffic business and supplies foreign nationality women, such as Russ, to sexual traffic business operators.

As a result, the defendant introduced and arranged a job to sell sex, and received compensation therefor.

B. The Defendant was willing to directly employ two female women of foreign nationality brought into the above method and engage in the sexual traffic brokerage business. From June 7, 2017 to June 11, 2017, the Defendant placed the trade name “I” on the second floor of the building located in the Gu and Si/Gu H, Si, Si, si, and arranged the act of similarity by hiring “J” and “K, a female of the Kazakh’s nationality, who is a female of the Kazakh’s nationality, on seven rooms, and having the same act of similarity at least 130,000 won per male.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

Nevertheless, the defendant has sexual traffic.
