Criminal facts
1. Defendant A, while managing the sexual traffic women with Russia, business bestan and Kazak kympis by introducing them from D, E, etc., the Defendant: (a) recruited the sex trade women through the “F”, etc., which is a smartphone-rating app; (b) was contacted by the sex buyers, etc.; and (c) was in contact with the said women by driving the vehicle on the part of the sex buyers or officetels, etc. with which they have purchased the sex; and (d) was able to carry out the said sexual traffic after the said sexual traffic has been completed, the Defendant attempted to carry on the sexual traffic business again by bringing the said women into a lodging place.
From December 2, 2015 to February 1, 2016, the Defendant recruited the trade name in the Chang-si Masi-si Masi-si Masi-si from which it is impossible to know the trade name. The Defendant arranged to purchase the sex by the above methods, and received 150,000 won in cash per time in return for sexual traffic from the male, and caused sexual traffic women to engage in sexual intercourse with the above male, and then, among the above cash 150,00 won, 60,000 won and 30,000 won were divided, the Defendant and the female sexual traffic among the said cash 150,000 won, and 150,000 won were introduced, thereby arranging sexual traffic.
2. Defendant B, while managing the sexual traffic women with Russia, business B, and Kazak kympis by introducing them from D, E, etc., intended to recruit other persons to purchase sexual traffic through the “F”, etc., which is a smartphone-rating app, and when receiving contact from the sex buyers, Defendant B attempted to run the said sexual traffic business by driving the vehicle and driving the vehicle on the part of the other sex buyers or officetels with a sex purchase, etc., and after the said sexual traffic is completed, Defendant B attempted to run the sexual traffic business by bringing the said women into a lodging room.
From January 9, 2016 to March 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at a maid site where it is impossible to know the trade name in the Haan-gun, Haan-gun, Haan-gun; (b) recruited a male in the above manner, and received 150,000 won in cash per time from the male in return for sexual traffic; and (c) caused the said female to engage in sexual traffic.
