Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

D is a business owner operating “F Gameland,” as set forth in heading E and 102, and the defendant is an employee of the above game site.

No one shall engage in the business of converting into money or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

Nevertheless, from August 14, 2017 to September 4, 2017, D carried out money exchange business in such a way as “F Gameland,” in which many unspecified customers visiting the above game site use “blue sea” game products opened and altered as above and exchange points by deducting 10% of commission per full score and 9,000 won in cash.

From August 14, 2017 to September 4, 2017, the Defendant served as an employee of the said game site on condition that KRW 10,000 per hour cash is received from D who is the owner of the said game site, and aided and abetted D’s pre-delivery business by means of preparing for the division of the business site the points obtained through the said game machine, deducting 10% of the points points points points obtained by many unspecified customers who visited the said game site from 10,00 won, and helping them exchange 9,000 won in cash, with the knowledge that they would exchange 9,000 won in cash.
