A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a business proprietor operating a “C Gameland” in the U.S. B and 102.

1. No person who violates the Game Industry Promotion Act due to the use and provision of game products, the contents of which are different from those of the rating, shall provide game products for the distribution or use, or display or store such products for such purpose;

Nevertheless, from August 14, 2017 to September 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) in the “C Gameland,” the background screen was neither related to the use or outcome of the game, nor is it indicated the winning amount; (b) unlike the contents classified as pure ability game rating, the game will automatically proceed without the user’s ability; and (c) there is no time at the center at the bottom of the game screen (TME). On the background screen, when the original, solvents, and upper language, etc. were displayed on the screen, the separate winning points are added to the game screen, so that the scores can be confirmed and settled with the light of the table of the game screen, and provided it to many and unspecified customers for use.

2. No person who violates the Act on the Promotion of the Game Industry by exchanging game products into money shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging such exchange or repurchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products.

Nevertheless, from August 14, 2017 to September 4, 2017, the Defendant engaged in money exchange business by deducting 10% points points points points per full score obtained by an unspecified number of customers who visited the above game room using and altering “blue sea” game water as above, and exchanging 9,000 won in cash.
