B. From September 28, 2016 to October 28, 2016, the Defendant set up a 40 game machine in the “D Gameland” and provided it to customers for use, and exchanged the outcome obtained by customers through the use of game water by the said method.

On August 12, 2016, Defendant B received a proposal from A to offer money in return for attracting customers to the head of the game room, and even after having consented to the offer, Defendant B, despite being aware that he/she had engaged in money exchange business against the head of the game room, provided that he/she received KRW 50,00 from A in return for his/her name and received KRW 50,00 from A from a police officer among August 23, 2016, and aided and abetted A’s pre-transfer business by facilitating the commission of the crime by bringing his/her customers to the head of the game room until August 23, 2016.
