Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall operate a business place falling under the business which is likely to cause an act of compost, sexual act and act of similarity by dividing it by partitions, etc. in the school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone.
