The defendant does not pay the above fine in KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From May 20, 2008, the Defendant has operated a marina business with the trade name “Cmast Land” in Busan Shipping Daegu.

The above place is located in a place less than 167 meters away from the straight line with the E kindergarten located in Busan Shipping Daegu D, and it is a school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone.
