Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a marina business in the name of "C" on the first floor of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B.

No one shall install a smuggling, which shall be installed in a school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone, from the boundary line of a school up to 200 meters in a straight line, and conduct physical contacts, such as dancing, peta, compostis, liquid shock, etc., exposed to the body parts related to sex, or conduct acts and facilities which are prohibited from access by or employing juveniles which are likely to cause sexual acts or similarity.

Nevertheless, from June 19, 2014 to September 22, 50, 2014, the Defendant operated a business establishment prohibited from entering or leaving juveniles or having similaritys in school environmental sanitation and cleanup zones by being equipped with two air transporters, two waiting rooms for female employees, five smuggling rooms, and one sugar room at the above business establishment located at a distance of 151 meters from Seoul Party (Seoul Party). The Defendant operated a business establishment prohibited from entering or leaving juveniles, who are likely to engage in sexual intercourses or similaritys in school environmental sanitation and cleanup zones by being charged 20,000 to 80,000 won per man with many unspecified male customers.
