A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On January 6, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment due to a violation of road traffic law at the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on the 14th of the same month, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 14th of the same month, and the Defendant was punished on three occasions due to a violation of road traffic law (driving without a license), six times as a crime of forgery of private documents, and one time as a crime of gambling documents.
[Criminal facts]
1. On March 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol at a level of 0.152% in blood while under the influence of alcohol at around 13:45 on March 17, 2013 without a driver’s license; (b) the Defendant driven a DNA cargo from the front side of the maart-dong in Ischeon-si to the front side of the C cafeteria located in the same city.
2. On March 17, 2013, around 14:25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed as if he were G in order to avoid drinking and punishment for non-driving; (b) stated that he voluntarily accompanied consent, a state driver’s circumstantial statement report, and a state driver’s report on detection of the primary driver’s identity “G” in the form of a verification color pen; and (c) delivered the said documents as if he was genuinely aware of the forgery.
Accordingly, the defendant has forged the G's signature for the purpose of exercising the right and exercised the forged G's signature respectively.
3. Violation of the Resident Registration Act;
A. On 2012, the Defendant was aware of the need to present his/her personal information at K’s house located in theJ of Eacheon-si, Eacheon-si, and that he/she was aware of in advance as if he/she was a pro-friendly job I.
I's resident registration number (L) was issued.
Accordingly, the defendant used the I's resident registration number unlawfully.
B. On March 17, 2013, the Defendant who unlawfully uses G resident registration numbers shall front the C cafeteria located in Echeon-si B.
