A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On January 14, 2005, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million from the Changwon District Court to a fine of KRW 1,00,00,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on May 4, 2006, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On May 27, 2010, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 2,00,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On November 1, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 3 million from the same court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On January 10, 201, the same court received a summary order of KRW 2,00,000 for a fine of KRW 1,00 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license).

[Criminal facts]

1. On April 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a C rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.076% during blood without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the Central Self-Support Hospital located in the Central Self-Support Hospital in the Chang-si, Muwon-si, Seoul Central Self-Governing Province; (b) on April 18, 2017, the Defendant was driving a C rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.076% during blood, without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the National Self-Support Hospital located in the Central Self-Support Hospital located in the Central Self-Support Center in the Changsan-si.

As a result, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking at least twice, was driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in violation of the above provision, while driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license.

2. The Defendant forged a private signature and signed the above investigation with the intention of exercising his/her signature, by signing as if he/she was requested to sign in F’s signature in the column of signature of inquiry of the result of regulating drinking driving on the portable information terminal (PDA) on a portable information terminal (PDA) from a police police box affiliated with the police box affiliated with the police box of Busan Central District Police Station D, which was controlled by drinking at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), and by signing as if he/she was the F’s signature, from G during the same affiliated circumstances, as if he/she was the F’s signature in the driver’s signature column of the statement report on the circumstances of the driver’s own.
