Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On June 5, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in Busan District Court, and was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for the same crime in the same court on April 20, 2009, and was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for the same crime in the same court on September 2, 201, and was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for the same crime in the same court on April 3, 2014, and was sentenced to six times of larceny.
【Criminal Facts】
1. 2. On May 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 04:45 on May 4, 2014, at the “H” store operated by the Victim G in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, the Defendant left the entrance door door and opened into the entrance door; and (b) had cash amounting to KRW 178,000,000, which was owned by the victim.
3. On May 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00, at the “K” coffee store operated by the victim J in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, the Defendant destroyed the entrance in front and rear, and installed the entrance in front and rear, and had cash equivalent to KRW 100,000 owned by the victim.
4. On May 12, 2014, at around 03:30 on May 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim’s n head glass window in front of the Busan Jung-gu L, the Defendant: (b) carried the victim’s n-head glass window, which was parked therein, with the cash equivalent to KRW 8,000 owned by the victim.
5. On May 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 02:58, at the windowping point of “R” operation of the Victim Qua on the first floor of Busan Jung-gu P apartment, Busan, the Defendant destroyed the entrance in front and rear, and entered the entrance.
