A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of one year, by a short term of eight months and by a fine of 150,000 won.

The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property at least four times together with C.

2. The Defendant violates the Road Traffic Act (free license) from September 1, 2014 to 05:00 on the same day.
