1. Special larceny;
A. On December 12, 2015, at around 05:13, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim C at a restaurant operated by the victim C in Pyeongtaek-si D; (b) destroyed the corrective device by putting the knb of the corrected entrance in good hand in front and rears; and (c) invaded upon the corrective device in front and rears; and (d) stolen KRW 90,000,000, in total, cash owned by the victim in the safe.
B. On December 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim E at around 01:00, the victim E operated in Pyeongtaek-siF; (b) obstructed the corrective device by putting the knife of the corrected entrance and the knife in front and rear, and then destroying the corrective device in front and rears; and (c) cut off the victim’s market price at KRW 5.20,000, the victim’s market price at which the knife was located under the knife, with the knife gas of KRW 15,00,000, the knife gas of KRW 2.

On December 20, 2015, at the convenience store managed by the victim G in Pyeongtaek-si H around 05:22 on December 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the corrective device by putting the knife of the corrected entrance and knife in two hands; (b) destroying the corrective device in front and rear hand; and (c) cut off with 10,000 won of tobacco in total at the market price in the calculation unit, 30,000 won of 50,000 won of the market price in the calculation unit.

On December 23, 2015, at around 03:26, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim I, at around 03:26, the convenience store operated by the victim I in Pyeongtaek-si H; (b) caused the gate knife of the corrected entrance knife by using the knife in both hands; and (c) invaded by the correction device in front and rear hand; and (d) committed theft with the total sum of 23,00 won in the safe.
2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;
A. On December 17, 2015, the Defendant of theft against the victim J was operated by the victim J in Pyeongtaek-si around 05:30 on December 17, 2015, and the entrance knife was opened in front and rear by putting the entrance knife in two hands, and entered into the front and rear knife, and KRW 100,000, which is the cash owned by the victim.
