Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2019 Highest 2843"
1. On October 25, 2019, between 03:39 and 03:51, the Defendant, at the “D” coffee store operated by the victim C in Cheongju-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, B, Cheongju-si, where the victim’s surveillance was not corrected, infringed inside through the entrance of a coffee, and then stolen 450,000 won in cash located on the part of the container and the victim’s wall.
2. On November 6, 2019, between 02:00 and 04:00, the Defendant intruded into the “G” restaurant operated by the Victim F, the Cheongju-si E, Cheongju-si, with the cash of KRW 30,000,000, after the victim’s intrusion into the inner part of the window where the victim’s surveillance was not corrected.
3. On November 14, 2019, between 02:30 and 02:50, the Defendant, at the “J” restaurant operated by the victim I in Cheongju-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju-si, with cash of KRW 33,00,00, after intrusion upon the victim I through the window that did not correct the distortion of the victim’s supervision, and then thefted with cash of KRW 33,00.
4. On December 12, 2019, between 03:23 and 03:4, the Defendant: (a) intruded the inside of the “M” beauty room operated by the victim L in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (b) stolen the cash amount of KRW 400,000,000, which was located within the place, through the window where the victim’s surveillance was not corrected.
At around 05:30 on September 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door at the “P” restaurant operated by the victim’sO located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) opened an entrance in which the surrounding surveillance was not corrected; and (c) intruded inside the door; and (d) cut off with a set of money equivalent to KRW 200,000 which was contained in the said wooden box; and (c) cut off with a set of money equivalent to KRW 80,000 which was located in the said wooden box; and (d) cut off with a set of money equivalent to KRW 3km market price of KRW 30,000 which was located in the said wooden box.
