1. At around 04:07 on December 21, 2018, the Defendant: “D operated by the victim C” on the first floor of the building in Ansan-si, Seoul-si, Seoul-si; the Defendant: (a) stored cash 500,000 won (5,000 series of 10 thousand won and 100 pieces of clives) that the victim was in custody in the west; and (b) stolen the property of the victim.

2. Night building thief;

A. At around 04:00 on January 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance by dividing the automatic opening door of the parking lot on the part of the victim F in Ansan-si E, Ansan-si; (b) intruded into the entrance by opening the door; and (c) went back with approximately KRW 50,000, a cash owned by the victim in the Kitter credit cooperative.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim at night, and stolen the victim's property.

B. On January 8, 2019, at around 04:15, the Defendant: (a) set up a “J convenience store” managed by the victim I of the damage in Ansan-si, a member-gu, Ansan-si; (b) set up a device for correcting the entrance, and intruded inside the convenience store; and (c) stored the amount of KRW 192,00 in cash in the depository and the amount of KRW 4,500 in the market price of KRW 192,00 in cash and the amount of KRW 196,50 in the tobacco display box in the depository.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim at night, and stolen the victim's property.

3. A special larceny: (a) around 05:00 on January 5, 2019, the Defendant: (b) was “M operated by the victim L in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (c) was damaged by inserting hand between the entrance creh; (d) opened an entrance and intruded into the entrance; and (e) went out with cash 972,000, which was owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged door at night and invadedd the structure managed by the victim and stolen the victim's property.
