A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

1. Larceny;

A. On November 27, 2017, around 12:00, the Defendant opened a front door of the steering gate, the victim C, which was located in the parking lot of the network set forth in 7:23 degrees of 7:0,00 a.m. on November 27, 2017, and stolen the same.

A. On December 5, 2017, at around 01:30 on December 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the inside of the building through the window that was not corrected at the K shop located in the J of Gyeong-si; and (b) stolen the amount of money equivalent to KRW 400,000 in cash owned by the victim L during the payment period of the Kabter transfer.

On December 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) intruded the inside of the building through the window that was not corrected for the purpose of 01:00,000 SM, and then stolen it with a face value of KRW 300,000,000, in the market price of the Victim’s O on the Kacter table, which was on the Kacter table, with a face value of KRW 300,00,00.

On December 23, 2017, the Defendant stolen a bicycle equal to KRW 120,50,000 in cash owned by the victim R and KRW 160,000 in the payment period for the Kabter gold transfer, which was due to intrusion into the inside of the building through the main window that was not corrected in the Q frequency of P, 01:0.

E. On December 23, 2017, the Defendant removed the locks of the above convenience store in his/her hand at a T convenience store located in S at the time of a grace on December 23, 2017, and inside the building.
