Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On December 31, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and 2.5 million won by the Cheongju District Court for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc., and completed the execution of the above imprisonment on February 8, 2010.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On July 13, 2012, at around 21:30, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by preventing customers who intend to enter the said restaurant from entering the said restaurant by avoiding a disturbance, such as threatening to threaten other customers on the side tables, on the ground that the victim D, operated in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, was not satching, and the satching had no satching. The Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force.
2. On July 13, 2012, around 22:05, the Defendant: (a) arrested as a flagrant offender by G, who was a policeman belonging to the F District Unit, on the charge of assaulting D, a principal restaurant located in Seocho-gu Seoul, on the front of the Ecafeteria located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) arrested him as a flagrant offender; (c) assault spits, etc. on G face.
As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in criminal investigations.
3. The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in paragraph 2, arrested the victim H, who is a police officer belonging to the F District Unit as a flagrant offender, as seen above, and during the process of being arrested by the victim H, G, the police officer affiliated with the F District Unit, the Defendant publicly insulting the victims by speaking to the victims as “the victim of bitch bitch bitch bitch, bitch bitch bitch, n, n son, etc.” on July 14, 2012. (2) On July 14, 200: (a) the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender at the criminal office and office of the Seoul Seocho Police Station in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and the police officer belonging to the Seocho Police Station in order to protect the other suspects and other witness, and “I, J, who is a police officer belonging to the Seocho Police Station, was sexually insulting.”
