A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:40 on May 20, 2014, the Defendant ordered food at “E” restaurant operated by the victim D of the victim D in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, as if he would normally pay the victim the alcohol value and food value.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted a police officer to interfere with the performance of duties by a legitimate police officer on the handling of 112 reported duties, and insulting the victim H.
