Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 15, 2014, at the new housing construction site located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on May 19:25, 2014, Defendant A insultd victims publicly by saying, “The victims G, a police officer belonging to the F District Unit of the Guro Police Station, who was dispatched to the site after receiving 112 reports from E, and H, cannot participate in wage issues after having heard the statements from the Defendant and E, and the police officer could not participate in the issue of wages. The Defendant told the victims on three occasions, such as E, on the ground that he would be treated in accordance with the procedure and would be treated.”
2. Defendant B
A. Around May 15, 2014, at the new housing construction site located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on May 19:25, 2014, the Defendant, along with the Defendant, insulting the victims by openly insulting the victims in a large voice, “I am, I am like the chron, I am equal to the bitch son, I am son, I am son, I am son, I am son, I am son, I do not do so.”
B. At around 20:40 on May 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to the police officers who were arrested and waiting in the F District located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as a flagrant offender for the same reasons as the preceding paragraph; and (b) took a view that “the police officer, who was a police officer belonging to the said F District, tried to escape tobacco in his/her possession of a disturbance,” and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties, such as assaulting him/her on the part of a police officer, who was a police officer who was a police officer belonging to the said F District, to stop the Defendant.
