Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. An entry into a room;

A. On April 18, 2013, around 23:30 on April 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen the body of a woman who is viewed as being melted in the first floor of the building D, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si; or (b) intruded into the second column of the female toilet in which the head of the above building E was managed by using a mobile phone camera.

B. On April 18, 2013, around 23:50 on April 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen the body of the women seeing the sides from the first floor of the above D Building; or (b) intruded into the second column of the women’s toilet in which the head of the above D Building Management Office E was managed by the mobile phone camera.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Use of Cameras, etc.) committed an attempted crime by a victim, who is aware of the victim’s body, to photograph the victim’s body against the victim’s will to cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, by inserting his cell phone camera in its front line at the time and place of paragraph 1(a) of the above Article, and putting his own cell phone camera in the upper part, and crying it in the first column of the above toilet.
