A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On January 25, 2019, around 01:30 on January 25, 2019, the Defendant entered the studio through the entrance of women’s toilets in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, to hear sound that women are melted.

C. On May 28, 2019, around 09:10 on May 28, 2019, the Defendant concealed the victim F (tentative name, mar, 37 years of age) where the first transformation column was reported from the female toilet, in order to hear the sound that women see, or see the appearance that women are melting the sides, through the female toilet entrance. In order to view it, the Defendant stolen the victim F (tentative name, mar, 37 years of age).

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on toilets, which are public use places, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.

2. On July 20, 2017, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information who has been sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes by the Incheon District Court on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes and on July 28, 2017.

A person subject to registration of personal information shall change the basic personal information, such as address, actual place of residence, place of work, and the registration number of a vehicle owned.
