A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Criminal facts

On April 26, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Changwon District Court for larceny, and on July 14, 2017, the judgment became final and conclusive on December 24, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. On July 15, 2018, at around 19:00, the Defendant entered the said toilet for the purpose of stealing or photographing the victim who sees the studio in the front floor of the 1st female toilet of the building C located in the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, with a view to stealinging or photographing the victim from the toilet, and taken the body of the victim, such as the victim’s tamp, buckbucks, buckbucks, etc., in which the Defendant reported the string of the smartphone, by inserting the video photographer of the Defendant’s smartphone, and then inserting the above smartphone, under the side screen, sealed the victim’s body

On July 29, 2018, around 16:10 on July 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the said toilet for the purpose of stealing or photographing the victim who sees the urine in the toilets from the toilets; and (b) taken photographs of the body of the victim D (if the victim was 40 years old) who reads the above smartphone and reported the urine, such as ambucks and bucks.

Accordingly, the Defendant had taken the body of the victim against his will, which could cause sexual humiliation or humiliation using the camera or other similar devices used by many and unspecified persons for the purpose of meeting sexual humiliations twice.
