Reasons
1. Details of ruling;
(a) Business name: An industrial complex development project (stage 1) - a project implementer: An industrial complex development project (stage 2013-41, a general industrial complex (stage 1); hereinafter referred to as "maintenance project in this case"): the defendant - a rearrangement project zone: The defendant - a public announcement of the authorization to implement the project on March 3, 201, No. 201-06, July 6, 201, public announcement of the Busan Metropolitan Government Public announcement No. 2013-40, August 28, 2013, No. 2013-41, Sept. 4, 2013, 2013, No. 2013-73, Dec. 11, 2013, No. 2014-14, Dec. 21, 2014;
(b) The Busan Metropolitan City Regional Land Expropriation Committee’s adjudication on expropriation (hereinafter “instant adjudication on expropriation”): Busan Gangseo-dong, Busan Metropolitan City’s land expropriation (hereinafter “instant land”): 11,718 square meters of forests and fields 103 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”): Compensation for losses: 417,160,800 won: the starting date of expropriation: - An appraisal corporation on August 11, 2014 - Samil appraisal corporation, stock company, and national appraisal corporation (hereinafter “adjudication”) which owned by the Plaintiff;
C. The appraisal content of this court’s entrustment to appraiser A (hereinafter “court appraisal”): The appraiser selected 17,197 square meters of B forest land in Gangseo-gu, Busan as a standard for comparison of the instant land (a natural forest: a development-restricted natural green area, a development-restricted natural green area, a road traffic: hereinafter “the comparative standard site”) and assessed the compensation for losses of the said land as KRW 476,92,600 through comparison of the time revision, regional factors, individual factors, and other factors.
The Plaintiff received full compensation from the Defendant for losses from the instant expropriation ruling.
