The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. In full view of the summary of the grounds for appeal: (a) the victim D and F entered the intersection by stopping red signals, and stated that they did not immediately leave the intersection; (b) the vehicle speed of the Defendant at that time appears to be 50 to 60km/h; (c) the Defendant’s progress signal is maintained for three seconds before the red light is changed from green light to red light; (d) the Defendant did not confirm the immediately preceding entry; and (e) the Defendant did not confirm the green signal before 40 to 50 meters; and (e) stated that it was only a green signal, the Defendant entered the intersection before the yellow light is changed to yellow light; (b) the lower court determined that there was no negligence by the Defendant, and thus dismissed the Defendant.

2. The judgment of the court below, based on the evidence duly adopted and examined, states that ① the taxi driver D, and the taxi passenger JJ are waiting to the red signal at the police station and the court of the court below, and entered the intersection in compliance with the signal, and the defendant did not confirm the signal when passing the stop line immediately before the stop line, but did not confirm the green signal before 40 to 50 meters at the intersection, and thus the statement is placed. ② The traffic signal signal system installed at the intersection at the time of the accident at the time of the accident is 50 seconds.
