Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is an employee of the KoreanGM who works as B of the Korean Metal Trade Union (one metal labor union).

Around 15:30 on February 25, 2014, the Defendant participated in the “National Labor Relations Resolution Meeting” held by the Democratic Republic of Korea, which is held in Taepon-ro 1, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, with approximately 2,00 participants in other assemblies at around 17:40 on the same day, and was driven on the “Seoul Square” as “Seoul Square Roster” (Seoul Square Roster), and was driven on the side of the “Mapon-ro” Roster, the Defendant was driven on by getting out of the delivery reported from 17:40 to 19:35 on the same day, and obstructed the passage of an unspecified number of vehicles by getting out of the way of proceeding (4-5 lanes).

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
