Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a staff member of B, who is engaged in activities as the Korean Metal Trade Union (one metal labor union) B chapter C.

Around 15:30 on February 25, 2014, the Defendant participated in the “National Labor Relations Resolution Meeting” held by the Democratic Republic of Korea, which is held in Taepon-ro 1, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, with approximately 2,00 participants in other assemblies around 17:40 on the same day, and went through the “Seoul Square” page of the “Seoul Square Roster” as “Seoul Square Roster”. On the same day, the Defendant driven along with the two-lanes prior to the moving direction (4-5 lanes) from around 17:40 on the same day to around 19:35 on the same day, and obstructed the passage of an unspecified number of vehicles by holding a meeting with approximately 2,00 participants of other assemblies.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
