Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a public official dismissed in 2005 and is a member who served as a chairman of the executive committee of the National Public Officials' Union C Committee.

On February 25, 2014, at around 15:30, the Defendant participated in the “National Party Morse Competition Resolution” conference held in Seoul Scambro 1-Gu, Jung-gu, Seoul. At around 17:40 on the same day, the Defendant was driving along with approximately 2,00 participants in other assemblies at around 17:40 on the same day, with approximately 17:40 on the Seoul Scam, Eul-gu, and Dong-gu, the Defendant was driving along with 4-5 lanes prior to the moving direction by leaving the delivery reported from around 17:40 on the same day to around 19:35 on the same day, and obstructed the passage of an unspecified number of vehicles.

As above, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
