Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a member of the “B Trade Union” under the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation (one person): the executive members of the “B Union.”

On February 25, 2014, at around 15:30, the Defendant participated in the “national strike resolution meeting” held in the Seoul Myeong-ro 1, Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Myeong-gu. On the same day, around 17:40 on the same day, the Defendant was driving along with approximately 2,00 participants in other assemblies at around 17:40 on the same day along with the “Seoul Square” “Seoul Square Roster-ro”. On the same day, the Defendant was driving along with the “Seoul Square-ro” (4-5 lanes) prior to the moving direction beyond the reported delivery from around 17:40 to 19:35 on the same day, and obstructed the passage of an unspecified number of vehicles by holding a meeting with approximately 2,00 participants in other assemblies.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
