1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Judgment of the court below] On August 10, 2018, the Defendants (hereinafter “Defendant Husband and wife”) filed a report on August 10, 2018 with the main points located in Jung-gu, Busan (hereinafter “instant main points”).
