The Defendant, around 22:00 on December 22, 2009, boarded the Victim B's C taxi in front of the 4.19 Burial Station located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Northern District, and moved before the exit No. 6 in the same area, did not pay KRW 8,100 without justifiable grounds.
