Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 4, 2012, at around 08:30 on November 4, 2012, the Defendant used B-si from the foreign exchange bank located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Busan to the Yangsan-si located in Yangsan-si and did not pay 25,000 won of the taxi fee without justifiable grounds.
