Punishment of the crime

around 19:50 on June 23, 2012, the Defendant served food equivalent to KRW 54,00 in total amount of KRW 6 disease(24,00) and KRW 30,000 on a day-to-day (30,000) at the C main shop located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Jindong-si B, and did not sell it without good cause.
