Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:50 on November 7, 2010, the Defendant, even though there was no money in water, did not take food amounting to KRW 900,00 in the “Ccafeteria” located in Seoul.
