Punishment of the crime

around June 2, 2015, the Defendant posted a letter of “sale of contact diskettes” on the Internet NAVV Liber, and reported and contacted the above letter to the victim C, “I will send contact diskettes on the face of the transfer of money.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim as the price for the ticket, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the ticket to the victim.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 50,000 won from a new bank account (D) in the name of the Defendant in the name of the victim for the same day from the victim, and acquired 5,878,000 won in total from the victims over 61 times from that time to July 27, 2015, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

Around July 28, 2015, the Defendant posted a false statement on the Defendant’s residence of Songpa-gu Seoul, 2420 Dong 1008, stating that “If he/she sells F&C diskettes, he/she will send the F&C ticket by mail to the Defendant’s bank account (Account Number: H) in order to send KRW 100,000 to the Defendant’s bank account.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim as the price for tweet, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the tweet to the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 102,50 from the above bank account in the name of the Defendant under the name of the victim for the same day.

2. At around 22:00 on July 30, 2015, the Defendant used a computer located at the Defendant’s home as set forth in paragraph 1, and used the Internet NAVV Kacin in the Internet NAC.
