A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
The defendant shall enter the list Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 through 22 of the list of applicants for compensation.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2015Kadan58] On August 19, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would sell 500,000 won from 50,000 won from 40,000 won from 40,000 won from 50,000 won from 40,000 won from 50 won from 50,000 won from 40,000 won from 10,000.
However, even if the defendant receives the above money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the victim 5S.
As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 50,000,000 won from the victim to the post office account under the name of the Defendant, from that time to December 24, 2014, by deceiving the victims as shown in the separate crime list Nos. 2, and by remitting KRW 27,883,50,00 in total, from that time to December 24, 2014.
[2015 Highest 171] On November 7, 2014, the Defendant posted a notice to the Defendant’s home, Jinju-si, 105 Dong 1502, stating that “The Defendant will transfer F.T.et” by accessing Internet N.V. 105 K. Do 1502, and then, said that if he deposits T.k.et price to G in contact, he would change the delivery place of the ticket to the victim’s domicile.
However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to send the goods even if he received the price from the victim because he did not purchase the contact diskettes.
The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 300,00 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of the Defendant on the same day as the price for goods, from that day until December 23, 2014, by deceiving the victims by the same method seven times in the same manner, and received a total of KRW 1,887,500 as shown in the attached Table 3 from December 23, 2014.

1. On November 7, 2014, the Defendant connected the Internet NAVER at the home of the Defendant No. 105, 1502, from Jinju-si, to the Internet NAVER.
