A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around February 6, 2015, the Defendant, “2015 Highest 2575,” written a sales letter, “H contact pockets,” at the Internet NAVER Catna,” and made a false statement to send the above contact pockets to the victim I who reported and contacted with it.

However, since the defendant did not have a contact tag, even if he received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell it.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim and receiving 230,000 won from the victim's personal compromise account (J) in the name of the defendant on the same day, and acquired total amount of KRW 9,224,50 from July 16, 2015, from that time to July 32, 2015, as shown in the attached crime inundation (1).

around April 15, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement that “The 2015 Highest 3052” would sell the above contact diskettes at the Internet opening site at the scam of the trade name in Chungcheongnam Namsan, and would deposit money to the victim L who reported and contacted.”

However, since the defendant did not have a contact tag, even if he received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell it.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received 160,000 won from the victim to the account of community credit cooperatives (M) in the name of the defendant on the same day as the above, and acquired 2,535,000 won in total from July 18, 2015, from the time to July 18, 2015, from the victim as shown in the attached crime list (2).

Around April 14, 2015, the Defendant posted a letter that “The sale of K Twitet” on the Internet NAVV Roster.
