From the end of June 2016, Defendant B operated the said “E Gameland” game site from July 8, 2016 to July 13, 2016, and on June 25, 2015, Defendant B installed 40 units “ONEE (HE)”, which is a game machine classified by the Committee on Water Management of Games, as classified by the Committee.

However, if the above game machine installed by the defendants is converted through a simple manipulation, the entire cumulative settlement can be earlyized through I/O Bod settlement pressing unlike the contents of the rating classification, and regardless of user's display, the contents of the game machine were modified so that it can obtain points by an influence method according to the type of physical device, such as would appear in the background regardless of the user's display.

As above, the Defendants set up 40 game machine with a content different from the rating obtained by the classification of the Game Water Management Committee, provide it to many unspecified customers for use, and a person who specializes in the name in the name of "F".
