A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall unlawfully use another person’s resident registration number;

Nevertheless, around July 20, 2010, the Defendant received medical treatment from the Daehan-gu, Daegu-gu Council members, and notified the E’s resident registration number “F” as if he/she was entitled to receive insurance benefits under the National Health Insurance Act, and used the E’s resident registration number unlawfully, and used the E’s resident registration number unlawfully from around that time to December 3, 2014 in the same manner as indicated in the attached crime list (1).

2. On December 30, 2013, the Defendant forged an application for hospitalization with a “E” written in the column of the applicant’s application for hospitalization using a verification color pen at the Yong-Namnam University Hospital located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-dong 317-1, Daegu-dong, and exercised the forged application for hospitalization as if the application was duly concluded with employees of a hospital who knew of the forgery.

From that time until December 31, 2013, the Defendant forged all hospitalization documents in the same way as shown in the attached list of crimes (2) at least four times, and used forged documents as above.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the hospitalization document in the name of E, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and each of the aforementioned forged documents was used.
