A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 1, 2015, from around 23:50 to around 00:10 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) calculated user fee for one hour in advance; (b) provided that the Defendant does not operate the singing machine any longer because it did not extend time after using the singing machine of the said entertainment tavern for one hour; and (c) provided that the Defendant did not operate the singing machine properly, despite the victim’s explanation, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s business by stating that the Defendant did not operate the singing machine properly; and (d) provided that “the Defendant did not operate the singing machine properly.” The Defendant interfered with the victim’s business of the entertainment drinking house by avoiding disturbance, such as taking the victim’s scambling, going out by hand, and having other customers who were in the said entertainment drinking house go outside.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as the preceding paragraph of the obstruction of performance of official duties, expressed the Defendant’s desire to keep her son up to D, the owner of the entertainment drinking house, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report of 112, who was sent to the site, and expressed that “I will see this son’s son, who was the owner of the said entertainment drinking house,” and assaulted G’s her son’s son’s son’s son’s flab, who was 4 to 5 times, and the son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s flab, who was the owner of the said entertainment drinking house.

The above G arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender, such as obstruction of performance of official duties, and committed assault on the right side part of G by enjoying in the back seat of the 112 patrols, while the Defendant resisting the resistance.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases and the arrest of a flagrant offender.
