Criminal facts

On April 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties by the Daejeon District Court on August 20, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 20, 2017, and is currently under suspension of execution.

1. 특정범죄가중처벌등에관한법률위반(운전자폭행등) 피고인은 2019. 3. 9. 22:00경 대전 유성구 B오피스텔 앞 노상에서 피해자 C이 운행하는 D 택시에 손님으로 승차한 후, 아무런 이유 없이 “씨발새끼야, 빨리 가”라고 욕설을 하며 오른손으로 피해자의 오른팔과 어깨 부위를 2~3회 때리고, 오른팔을 잡아당기고, “왜 서 있어 빨리 가, 씨발놈아”라고 욕설을 하며 운전석 의자를 발로 수 회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.

2. On March 9, 2019, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) around the F District E located in Daejeon Seo-gu on March 22 and 2019; (b) the taxi driver C intending to get off the taxi in order to report the assaulted by the Defendant as described in paragraph (1); (c) the police officers belonging to the said District would put the taxi in drinking C according to C; (d) the police officers belonging to the said District would stop this; (c) the police officers assigned to the said District would put the police officers into drinking in drinking; and (d) the police officers assigned to the said District would put the Defendant into drinking at one time at the left eye of G with G; and (e) the police officers assigned to the said District would put the Defendant into drinking by “Is the police officers of the Dok-gu; and (e) the police officers assigned to the police officers assigned to the said District Hakk Hak Hak Hak kkk kkk kk kkk kk kk by assaulting by assault.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention and suppression of police officers' crimes and the protection of crime victims.
