Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 8, 2014, around May 6, 2014, the political party C of Violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act reported to the head of the police station in Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, to hold the “five and eight Cheongdae Joint Assembly” in which more than 10 people participate in the 66th in the enemy in Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul.

On May 8, 2014, from around 19:20 to 22:00, the Defendant attended an assembly of “5.8 Cheongcheon-gu Joint Meeting held by the left-hand-hand side of the government office building in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, with 350 persons. At the time of the assembly, 40 persons from among the participants of the assembly at the above assembly at around 23:50 on the same day, the Defendant moved to the future of F D dental services located in Jongno-gu, Seoul, with 1km of the reported place of the assembly at around 23:50 on the same day.

Defendant 40, along with the above 40 women, did not immediately dissolve the Defendant on the same day, on the grounds that he/she was delegated by the head of Seoul Police Station and the head of Seoul Jong-ro Police Station as delegated by the head of Seoul Branch on the ground that he/she could not maintain order by doing an act clearly deviating from the scope of the initial purpose, date, time, place, method, etc., such as free speech and relief in front of the above F Dental and “G Waterers and Violence Police Water Ba,” and that he/she was ordered to voluntarily dissolve around 23:53 on the same day, around 23:55, the first dispersion order around 23:55, the second dispersion order around 23:58, the second dispersion order around 0:00 on May 9, 2014, the third dispersion order around 0:00, and the fourth dispersion order around 008.

Accordingly, the defendant refused to comply with the police's dispersion order.

2. On May 24, 2014, in the presence of 10,000 members of the organization to which they belong and the people who were in the permanent joint and several strike such as the Federation of the Korean Democratic Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as “the Federation of Workers”), the Federation of Farmers’ Councils, the Federation of Korea, the labor cable, the labor cable, the peace and unification, and the former Integrated Promotion Party, etc. (H) in the presence of 10,000 members of the organization to which they belong and the people who were victims of the Sewol ferry, from around 00 to 23:00 on May 24, 2014.
